Upload a receipt, a photo or a PDF, and Numbra reads the vendor, amount, and date off it, so you never retype a single field. The extraction runs on Claude vision in house, which means it handles crumpled photos and odd layouts that template based scanners miss.

Then it matches. Numbra pairs each receipt to the right transaction by amount, date, and vendor, and shows you the pair with a confidence score. When a receipt is ambiguous it surfaces the two or three likely candidates instead of guessing silently.

You confirm the match, or fix it in one click, and the receipt is attached to the entry for the audit trail. Clients can snap receipts from their phone through the portal, so the documents arrive already digitized.
